You are solely responsible for maintaining the security of your account username and password. Wira8 recommends using a strong, unique password and enabling two-factor authentication (2FA) for an additional layer of security. All activity occurring under your account is your sole responsibility.

Wira8 supports a variety of popular deposit and withdrawal methods in Malaysia, including direct bank transfer, FPX, Touch 'n Go eWallet, Boost, and GrabPay. All financial transactions must use a payment method registered under the same member's name — transfers to or from third parties are not permitted under any circumstances.

• Withdrawals are processed within 15 minutes of approval for e-wallet methods and within 1 business day for bank transfers.

Wira8 reserves the right to suspend or close any member's account at any time if a breach of any term in this document is found. In the case of a legitimate account closure (not due to a breach), any remaining balance will be returned to the member after all outstanding wagering requirements have been recalculated.

Members may also request voluntary account closure by contacting the Wira8 customer support team. Voluntary closure requests will be processed within 5 business days, and any eligible balance will be returned in accordance with standard withdrawal procedures.

For members requesting self-exclusion for responsible gaming reasons, Wira8 will process the request immediately and ensure the account remains inaccessible for the period specified by the member.
